My husband and I had been talking for months about trying this pub out we finally went and we are glad we did. We had an excellent meal, great service..We might have gone a little overboard in ordering but we wanted to try a bit of everything. All items came piping hot with great flavour. This is primarilly a tea room that open to serve lunch only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays - 11am to 3pm I believe. The setting is a country styled gift shop with tables and chairs & light music in the background. The views from the dining area are quite nice, and it's not unusual to see deer and other wildlife just outside the window. Everything is home made (soups & desserts). Very tasty food in a very relaxing atmosphere. We've been there so many times for tea, soup, and dessert that we've come to know the owner / operator a little bit (Maryln) - a very nice lady.
