Wonderful experience in purchasing two pairs of frames (Blake Kuwahara-Obata) and Wissing recently. Exceptional customer service from Sue, Dee, Morgan and Emily. (Hope I didn't miss anybody out). No pressure selling. Great selection of frames to choose from. Getting complements my Wissing frames all the time. Highly recommend Sue and her team should you be in search of a pair of glasses, whether for reading or being outdoors.

The tailoring itself is good and the fabrics are beautiful, but I felt the communication could have been better. There were a few delays in my order and it was a bit hard to get quick responses. The final product looks great though, so I’m happy with the result.

Bob and Farida do an exceptional job at the Vacuum Shop. I had a motor that needed replacement for my built in vacuum cleaner. The part was ordered, installed and I received my vacuum back in new condition again ready to operate. Service was efficient with very reasonable prices. I would have likely paid double had I not gone there. 5 star recommendation is warranted!

I had a microwave in for warranty service at Abbotsford location for over two months.I discussed the situation with Sarah at the Chilliwack location and she took total control of the issue and had my repaired oven back to me within weeks all the while keeping me informed of the progress.Very impressed with the service!When the oven was returned to me scratched,fellow staff negotiated a fair compensation package.Very happy with the service,I highly recommend this store

The moment you walk through the door the wonderful smell of cedar and their friendly staff greet you. Just the most amazing bird store!! I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. I also enjoyed a complimentary pastry, which was absolutely delightful.

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

Prices have gone up, VHS tapes from 1.99 to 2.99 inflation hits in the strangest places. As long as that increase goes towards a living wage for staff I don't mind. Good selection most days, But AVOID seniors discount day (i think its tuesday or wednesday) Unless you're a senior, then go ham gam gam.
