The staff is courteous and professional, they definitely know what they are doing! I have had neck pain for over 2 years and during my initial assessment, Dr. Ismail was very thorough in explaining his approach with my treatment. I signed up for Kw counselling on my own. I don't regret going with this place for 1 second. I did walk-in for a few weeks. Then I decided to get my own therapist. I never thought I would recover from what I was going through. I have recovered so much. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody going through rough times. I have been coming for 1 year now. The therapists are wonderful here.

I am 15 years old and am very happy to have found Courtney at SOS! The physiotherapy treatment and education that I received from Courtney was awesome. She figured out the problem quickly and started treatment in the first appointment. My knee is 100% better and I know the exercises to do to prevent the problem from coming back. Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.
