Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. Sean from Maxwell understood my frustration and helped me out the best that he could. A+ to his mechanics involved and thank you to Sean for looking after me even though I was a walk in customer. just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.
