Our group used Calgary shuttle service for transportation to and from the airport. Service was excellent! Shuttle arrived a bit early for both trips, bonus! Vehicle was clean and by all accounts well maintained. Non of us would hesitate to used Calgary Shuttle Service again.

We hired their wheelchair accessible Taxi to transport a family member. We made the first reservation the day before; the taxi arrived at the set time. The next time we required their services we made the reservation two hours prior to the desired pickup time. Despite the ice and snow both days, both drivers respectfully and patiently picked up and transferred their wheelchair-bound client safely to and from the requested destinations. We are grateful Castlegar Taxi offers this service.

Each time we call into Alpha, Vince answers and provides us with a short time frame for our pick-up. Whether its the big guy himself or one his several other taxis he always delivers and gets us to where we need to go. I've never had a problem with this business. They always act professional and never make you feel uncomfortable. Their only flaw is that they usually take cash only, but it's worth it.

I used Aladin services at Christmas time and was very impressed. It was early in the morning and he took me on a short cut to the terminal. He was friendly, professional, and assisted me with my luggage at both my house and at the airport. I'm going on a trip for Spring Break and have called them again, as I was happy with the service. I have used there services a few times. They claim 24/7, and believe it or not, regardless of when I call, they answer. Sometimes have to wait a little while, because the size of the town means they only run one cab. There service has been great when I call. Hope they stay in business.

3 years ago I suffered a head injury that caused me to lose my sight. I was living alone and had to call a cab to take me to the hospital. My cab driver was very concerned and even got out to take me to the emergency room door. Then told me to ask for him when I needed a ride home again and did the same when he took me home. Rude? I think not! Caring and considerate is more like it. Family owned business that treats its customers like family ...

I have posted a review a few days ago but after reading some other reviews I feel I have to post again. I have now booked Associated 4 times now over the past couple of weeks. Some times I get Associated, sometimes Alberta Gold. All 4 drivers were different. All 4 were a pleasure to deal with & always on time. Reading the complaints of others I'm afraid I have to wonder if the problems were caused by the attitude of the customers & not the drivers. Thanks Associated for your great service.

While visiting the Lethbridge area and Not knowing which cab company to call, I picked 5th ave and I am glad I did.
I have had to use them several times and ALL of the different drivers have been so polite and friendly! The cabs are clean.
My only negative ( and the only reason I rated them 4/5 stars) is the after hours dispatchers from Calgary.
1 wasn’t too bad ( not great either) but the other was downright rude!!!
The local dispatchers who worked the daytime hours were great!!!
