I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. I went here to purchase a mattress and was serviced by Sanjay. He was efficient, knowledgable, and had a great sense of humour. He made my purchase easy and pleasurable. When I called he took my calls and answered all my questions and followed up with me. I would go to him again. Ask for him next time you are there. Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. We purchased a reclining sectional & a recliner from Bennetts about 15 yrs ago. The mechanism broke in one seat on the couch after about 7 yrs or so. Bennetts came to my house,removed the broken section of the couch and repaired it at no cost to us. We are very hard on our furniture so I was surprised and pleased that we were able to get over 10 yrs of use out of the furniture. I have just ordered another recliner from them and am looking forward to another long lasting piece of furniture. Lire plus
