I had an excellent experience. Nick was very courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mower and patiently delivered a crash course in fuel management and conditioning.
Two days later, Nick telephoned to say that the machine was ready, but that it still ran a little rough when it was cold. The very modest bill I paid was a big surprise, in view of all the trouble they went to for me. By the way, my mower no longer runs rough, even when it’s cold.

Matt at the RONA in Guelph is awesome. There was a mix up with my order and he went above and beyond to make sure it got sorted out. I would recommend shopping here, I know I will be again!

A pure Canadian store. Friendly staff and great deals if one wants to avoid line ups in Wall-mart. Store brand Giant value and other items are reasonably priced and of good quality.

I consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to engines, was fighting with my snow blower not running right. Took it in and showed him what I messed up. He had now problem and didn't even laugh at the stupid mistake I did. Got it back the same day. He even called after his store was closed!!!! Price and customer service was great. Thx for the service

Great Service. Fast Friendly Staff. We have all our Equipment serviced Here. They are Highly Trained in Small Engines. They Take the time to explain possible failures and preventative maintenance procedures.

Just had a Toro snowblower serviced here, & the father & son who run the shop are both very friendly & helpful.
I was very happy with their service & explanation of what service was performed.
Will definitely go back as honest & reliable.

Went to Rona Martin Grove to find a paint for basement concrete floor, waterproof and mildew resistent.
Had no idea about this paint but met Elisabeth and got the best service, knowledge and attitude. I left with a big smile and the paint!
