Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright. The moving carts were a major convenience. We initially chose this company because of easy access to central Kingston. We would use this company again and are happy to recommend it.

Leslie and Wendy are great to deal with and go out of their way to be helpful. In all the years I've been storing my work bins and family stuff at Stor-It, there's never been any damage or theft.
I originally wrote this review in 2021, and just this week (April 2022) finished downsizing to a smaller locker. Leslie and Wendy have been fantastic people to deal with throughout the years I've been storing my stuff and moving from smaller to larger to smaller lockers as my life ebbs and flows.

The service was great. A lot of the preliminaries could be done online and when I went to the physical location, Susan explained to thoroughly, my payments, options and how to access my unit. I'd highly recommend this location.
