We joined this club about 3 months ago and had not issues. We go there mainly midday and it is never very busy. There is plenty of equipment to choose, good size swimming pool, steam room, meditation room, hot yoga, bunch of classes and things to do. Never had any issues with getting towels, stuff is friendly and patient. Could not help noticing that some of the patrons must still be living with their moms, as they tend to leave towels or empty water bottles where they finished. Not a biggie.Lire plus

Love that this gym has 30 minute classes everyday that can get you in and out fast. They also have a system that allows you to take classes whenever you want on a large screen in their studio.

Toni-Marie is highly dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals. She is very knowledgeable and she always provides modifications for exercises when required. I find that each workout session is different and that I am constantly challenged.
I have been training with Toni-Marie for about two and half months now, and I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in my fitness level. In this short time, I have become stronger, am able to perform cardiovascular exercises for longer durations and at higher levels than what I started at.

I love taking my yoga classes at the Scarborough studio. The hot yoga studio is a really beautiful space you have to experience. The staff is wonderful and the students all leave happy and relaxed. The facility is usually spotless. If you are going to try hot yoga for the first time try to drink a bottle of water at least 2 hours before you go so your body hydrates properly. The front left corner and the back right corner are coolest places if you find it a little too hot.....sometimes the temperature does get a little too hot.Lire plus

I have been going to goodlife for two years and have used a lot of their trainers and classes.. recently I had some issues that Required some stretching deeper than what I could accomplish on my own so I saw their myofascial stretch guy, Simon. All I can say is I was in constant pain before, now I have more flexibility and no pain . I would highly recommend him to anyone with tight muscles and you’re just not sure what to do..Lire plus

My core strength, speed and power increased greatly and the conditioning center is one that always brought out the best in my workouts.
