This is the place to go for rust proofing, the owner on the mountain is very rude to his customers as I found out 1 yr, I will never go back to that place ever again they don't know how to treat their customers, the owner was yelling & cursing in the waiting room what an embarrassment to the company. These guys on Victoria are friendly, courteous, & reliable . I have been going there for the past 6 yrs. Dave C.

Very happy with there service, their techs are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. When it comes to rust protection they are they best. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and for a automotive shop it is very clean. Been taking my car there for a couple of years now and I am always happy every time they service my vehicle

One of the best experience in Canada. Able to see the process of rustproofing is just amazing. The guys who do the job are well trained. Every nook and corner of the car is covered. I like the fact they give a full hand wash for a sparkle after the spray job. Took my car back to these guys for a tiny hidden spot they missed, they were glad to spray again with a free wash. The owner for this location Peter is a role model for other owners who lack customer service skills. The management of Krown should video record Peter to see how well he handles his customers. They should use the video as a training tool to teach customer service for new employees. The price is too good to cover the full car ( not just the under). Well ,i will go back again every year.

Got my line x spray on bed liner done at Krown/Line-X on Plains road in Burlington today and say enough how impressed I was with everyone from the installer to the owner.
Special note of thanks to the receptionist (my apologies) for putting my mind at ease throughout the entire process.
I live more than 2 hours from here Abd will definitely return to have the new vehicle rust proofed here.
