Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! Very professional and a top quality job. I was treated very well and with respect by Shiek and Natalie. Decided to refresh my 13 year old car with some bodywork and a fresh colour of paint. An excellent job with great attention to detail. Sheik’s suggestions were spot on and made the final product look better than I could’ve imagined. Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.

They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

I brought a car into here to deal with a check engine light and I had a minor exhaust leak. The engine light was something I could handle myself, and I declined the repair for the engine code. They didn’t give me a hard time about the code and fixed the exhaust leak. Extremely professional. Would definitely recommend this place.

As I had special needs due to piping, tanks, and electrical systems which are located under the RV, I was apprehensive about spraying rust protection to these systems. Krown employees listened to my concerns and after a discussion they applied the rust protection to suit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I would recommend them to any vehicle owner.
