Their pricing for mechanical work is very competitive to other shops in Fort McMurray from my experience, and they provided excellent customer service. The appointment booking was also much sooner than with other local shops. They diagnosed and resolved engine problems with my Buick Encore. I would highly recommend them for mechanical work.

Our first encounter with MG started two years ago when they installed an after-market cruise control. It worked perfectly until last month when, as we discovered, another garage disconnected it for diagnostics and forgot to plug it in again.
Thanks to Drew and the ever-courteous Zaffir for such great service. The unit works like new.
There is no doubt I will go there again or, suggest you do likewise. You will not be disappointed.

Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!

Took my 1975 Fiat Spider to Ken, what a great man. I wasn't sure he would be able to fix my car as it had lots of issues as well as it is Italian and not British. He was so nice, got right on it and updated me each week on what they did and if they were waiting on a part. These guys are awesome. Got us in with no notice, swapped tires out in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. They worked hard to get us out of there fast but still took the time to put the center caps on gently so as to not crack them. Highly recommend!!
