Carl just finished turning my basement into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, upgrading it into a legal rental basement apartment. He went to City Hall multiple times to ensure all work was done to the standard of the municipality and completed the job on time, very close to the budget he quoted me (it is an 1960s home so of course there were more issues when we tore down the drywall). Carl was kind, professional, punctual and I would recommend his work to anyone in the region.

Ian did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovations. He took a tired & old looking bathroom & made it modern & very stylish. He renovated our back step (originally cement/concrete) & installed a wooden deck & steps. His work is amazing & professional! He also gave my brother excellent advice for the smaller renovations around the house. Thanks Ian - you know we will recommend you (we have already given your name to several people)!
