Al was the only person we could find that was qualified and willing to repair the mess left with the engineered flooring and landings on our stairs and the porcelain tile at the front entrance and bath that Les Sprowl made when he originally installed it. Al ripped out the entire mess, and replaced all the flooring on the stairs and landings. He also tore out the tile and discovered there had been no leveling prior to installing the tile. He did everything 100% correctly. Excellent Work!

Expert insulation was contracted to upgrade my attic insulation. The company was amazing to work with from start to finish. From the estimator to the office staff to the installers, all were amazing to work with. Their friendly attitude, professionalism and customer oriented approach were above expectations. I was very pleased with Antonio’s professionalism and friendly manner in renovating my en-suite bathroom. His handyman skills, including tear out, prep, tile laying, patching, etc were first rate. With his experience he offered helpful suggestions along the way. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services. ??

Irish Steve and Lee did a full replacement of our eaves - we went with the Alu-Rex Double Pro system. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and funny. Their attention to detail was second to none! And now for the first time in 30 years, we have an eavestroughing system that doesn’t leak onto our deck. We are beyond pleased. We hired Enrique to paint our home as well as renovate our aging wooden deck. He takes his time and doesn’t rush. When we have a question, they answer promptly, and we never had the impression they wanted to finish as fast as possible. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.
