Carl just finished turning my basement into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, upgrading it into a legal rental basement apartment. He went to City Hall multiple times to ensure all work was done to the standard of the municipality and completed the job on time, very close to the budget he quoted me (it is an 1960s home so of course there were more issues when we tore down the drywall). Carl was kind, professional, punctual and I would recommend his work to anyone in the region.

Ian did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovations. He took a tired & old looking bathroom & made it modern & very stylish. He renovated our back step (originally cement/concrete) & installed a wooden deck & steps. His work is amazing & professional! Tim did a long overdue maintenance of our furnace. This annual service is part of our oil delivery contract, but the previous contractor was doing a truly terrible job. Tim spent easily 4 times longer cleaning the furnace and water heater than anybody ever before - not because of being slow, but rather thorough. He has also tested both for performance and fine tuned them. My oil provider may not like it, but I do see a big difference in efficiency of the furnace this winter after Tim’s job.
