We blew a tire in Kamloops, our lock lug nut key was stripped and we couldn��t get anyone to come help us replace our spare. Phil went above and beyond to help us out. When he didn��t have the part needed to take the locked lug nut off he knew someone who did. He made sure our spare tire was full of air and called around at the end of the day to make sure we could get our tire replaced before continuing on our vacation. He made a crappy situation better. Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
