This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. They literally go the extra mile to help you. Great customer service and take the meaning literally that they work with you. Call them and have an enjoyable experience.

10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

A very special thank you to Tyler. We had a flat and they estimated 45 minutes until they got to us. He got there in 25 minutes. Quicker than the pizza guy! Thank you so much for the prompt and courteous service. I would have done it myself, but I like my wife to find me handsome, not handy! Dad showed me how to do stuff, but the voices in my head were louder and screamed hire a pro! LOL!

I have used Waterdown collision twice in the past year and they have done an outstanding job on my 2019 Ford Ranger. From customer service, finishing the job earlier than quoted and quality of service I would highly recommend the company. I would definitely use them in the future. These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Everything went even better than planned and they were very thorough and professional and came in cheaper than anticipated. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs. Wow this company sure goes above and beyond for their customers. My mother had grocery in her vehicle the driver drove her home at no extra cost and helped her up with her stuff then towed to the garage. Recommend this company to all my friends and family. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
