This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. 10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.

A very special thank you to Tyler. We had a flat and they estimated 45 minutes until they got to us. He got there in 25 minutes. Quicker than the pizza guy! These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Everything went even better than planned and they were very thorough and professional and came in cheaper than anticipated. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
