First and for most, lets start from when you enter at the door, a warm greeting comes from Christina, her customer service is right on the top. Been dealing with Haleen for my knees and Gagan for my back, all I can say about these two is to keep it up. Great place to be at.

I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Prosia. He and various members of his staff have been SO kind and compassionate with me and my various health challenges, and Dr. Prosia has gone WAY out of his way to help me with things that most people in his position would not have. Best physiotherapist I have ever met. He knows how to approach each issue with deep knowledge and effective treatment. All hands on. I am pain free from an old injury that has caused unrelenting neck pain and sciatica pain for years. Takes a few months of treatment but now I am in maintenance and feel better that I have for years

I did physio for the first time at this clinic and was pleasantly surprised the relief from my pain was amazing. This clinic was absolutely amazing. I had originally come to this clinic for my back pain, which i had gotten after a car accident. The staff was very kind and welcoming. As well as the physiotherapist she not only helped reduce the pain but explained to me what had caused my injuries.
