Anthony was in constant communication throughout the project. Extra time was taken to minimize the construction dust in our home and he vacuumed up at the end of every day. Peter provided great advice preparing the house for listing, assisting in final touches , showing and selling the property. Peter's sound assessment allowed for ease of sales negotiations and his advice and knowledge allowed for a smooth closing. Incredible work, they did our new build in sauble beach and went above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable and outgoing. Unlike a lot of trades on site they were the only ones to clean up at the end of the day. it was a pleasure to have them around and my husband and I actually missed them when they were gone lol !

When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

Mike and his team were great to work with. We hired them to do a large cutout in a supporting wall for us. While we hit some snags through the process and it took longer than anticipated, the finished product is beautiful, and everything was done thoroughly. Price wise, MDS is very reasonable, Mike and team are very easy to work with, and they have a great eye for design. When we were unsure of a design decision, they gave great input. Will definitely hire again!
