It was excellent, the physiotherapist who attended in my first day visit was great. She explained to me very well all the question I asked her about the pain in my shoulder. Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff. I've tried the nicotine patch, e-cigarettes, drug therapy, without success. Laser therapy finally worked for me and I've been smoke free for 6 months already!

The care and service at the PWC has been exceptional. The team works closely with me to ensure there is an integrated approach to my treatment. The underlying philosophy is different than the norm practiced by physical therapy clinics so it takes a bit of time to adjust to this.

These doctors are the best doctors in town. I have been going here for several years and do not have one complaint. The only problem is that they are not taking new patients. I love my doctor and if she is not on duty when I need assistance, one of the other fine physicians will usually see me. Doesnt get any better!

Choosing Wilcox Physiotherapy was the best decision I could have made. Sonia diagnosed my cervical radiculopathy after my primary care physician thought all my shoulder pain was due to my torn shoulder tendon. After returning to my doctor with her findings, x-rays have confirmed a narrowing in my C6/C7, I'm in my way for an MRI and nerve pain blockers finally have my pain at a manageable level. Sonia was kind, patient and professional at all times. I highly recommend Wilcox Physiotherapy.

I came here for a strained shoulder injury after snowboarding.Dr. Zhou was very attentive and took a lot of time explaining to me the issues and what he was doing so I wasn't left in the dark. He really cared about make sure I healed (and took precautions for next time) instead of just extending the number of sessions. Very professional and thorough. Space was also clean and equipment was very new.

I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities.
