I called 7 lumber yards to get a quote for a small project. Dunbar Lumbers price was 30% less then the next lowest one. Obviously I went with them. I did my order over the phone and e-mail and it was delivered to my door the next day. When it was discovered that an error had been made in my order they immediately accepted that, no hassle. The replacement pieces were delivered within an hour at no extra charge. Will I shop with them again? Duh. Probably won't even call around next time.

Great place to shop for your home needs whether it is lighting or others. We've bought an appliance there, years ago, but would not recommend their paint crew as they botched our paint codes 2x to frustrate us with mismatched paint. Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. So if you do decide too complain pick another place , This Home Depot is top Notch

I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Eric helped me order my exterior doors. He did a fantastic job at a great price. There was a minor error on one of the doors, you had to go outside to close the blinds in it. We had a good laugh about it and they fixed it the same day. Great service. I went back and purchased my interior doors with Tyler and had just as good of service and pricing. They are a must to check out for your next project.
