Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter. They explained everything gave me the best price and service also took care of all the paperwork and warranty registration.

Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!

Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built.
Great company to work with. I will call on Air Flex Heating and Cooling company from now on for any heating and cooling issues.

I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite.
He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day.
I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult

Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

I would like to share my experience working with this company.
I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products.
