i would recommend them just because they were so nice and patient with me. im very detail oriented and wanted to know about one condo that i saw on their website. I called them so they could walk me through the process of renting out that condo because it looked sooo nice!

Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place.
Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase.
My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.

We had tall grass and gardens that needed tending too.
They came in and were very professional. They walked the property with us prior to confirm what needed to stay and what needed to go.
They left our property beautifully manicured and our gardens weed free and clear of debris.
