I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) Two recent dinners at the Newmarket Keg were both great experiences. The food was amazing, steaks and prime rib very tender and tasty. Great friendly service, even in the Mother's Day rush. The old reviews for this restaurant , from 2012, are now totally inaccurate. I understand that new management has been doing a great job for a couple of years now. Lire plus

My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :) Lire plus
