Mandarin is a really excellent place to eat a buffet. They are really kind to you and free refills (water, coke). They give you these mint candy after your visit for free. If you tell them that it is your birthday, they give you a cake piece, sing the happy birthday song and a free picture. Also, they have decorations for you to enjoy and they keep the place very neat. I like how they make food and name the food it’s specific name. The names also say if it is sugar-free, and if it is spicy. They have specific rooms that they assign you to eat and the sign tells you what room it is (Room A, Room b .etc.). The employes are really nice and when you come in, they make you feel welcomed (unless if the lineup is really long and people have reservations). After you are done with your food, you can just leave your plate on your table. You can get a new plate with food on it so you do not have to use the same plate over and over again. In conclusion, you should really go to Mandarin. It is a really excellent buffet to go to. It has crab legs right now and they are really expensive to buy at a store. They have a variety of foods and make their own combinations of foods which is really good. Pros: -Great Service -Free Refills (for certain drinks) -Nice employees -Free mints at the end -Have decorations Cons: -Takes not too long to refill food -Need to make reservations -2 hour limit -Not too many tables Lire plus

Where other buffets people eat at and do not complain because a lower food quality is expected for buffet this restaurant surpassed all my expectations. I made reservations and went to the restaurant at the end of May for my 18th birthday party. It looked very elegant fom the mall entrance. The ambience was very modern and cozy, though it was slightly noisy at times. Service was prompt and attentive with our orders and the manager even came and brought me a piece of chocolate cake with "Happy Birthday" written in icing on the plate. Everyone unanimously agreed that the food was great. We shared a group veggie, chips, and dip platter and I had the steak well done. It was cooked to perfection and was artfully arranged with savory garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. The cake I received was delicious, as was the sorbet a friend let me try. Overall, the evening went perfectly and the meal was easy on the wallet since none of us drank any alcohol. I would definitely come back here or to another Oliver & Bonacini managed etablishment. Incredible service 100%. The sticky toffee pudding is TO DIE FOR. Their mussles are so good that my 10yo orders them every time we were there. Yeah, that’s right, a 10yo. The same kid who won’t even look at a pizza if it has touched pizza sauce. During COVID, the service standard has been consistently amazing. We’ve been going to this restaurant for years. The quality and quality of the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. It is a family oriented restaurant where kids are welcome which is nice. And this from a senior senior. And the owner is environmentally aware, and has made changes to reduce the use of plastic before many others; and is respectful of his staff and so closes every year over the holiday period so staff can be with their family. I've been to this restaurant twice now and both times the food has been great. But I was there with my husband's family last night for my father-in-law's birthday. My mother-in-law had brought a birthday cake to the restaurant and had asked them to bring it out as a surprise when it was time for dessert. Everything was going great until the server informed my mother-in-law (just before they were about to bring his birthday cake out) that we would be charged $10 just for them to bring it out! We said forget it, and we took the cake home and had it there! We would have ordered coffees and cafe au laits to go with the cake, so they certainly would have made at least another $20 off of that, but it's their loss I guess. So to summarize, the food was excellent as usual, but we were very disappointed that they wouldn't accommodate our birthday cake with out a steep charge - it left a bad taste in our mouth. Lire plus

I rated this Keg a 4 but that is a balance of infleucnes because there is a good side and a down side. The good: the cleavage OR the mini-skirts. Notice that checking out some cleavage on young ladies or short skirts is pure entertainment and super. BUt for some very strange reason no waitress has both of them. Its either this or that. What is the story? I dont know. The girls with cleavage have pants, the girls in minis have no cleavage. STRANGE> the other down side is the kids. People, if you have three kids can you ask them to stay at home or leave their baseball caps at home? this is a high class restaurant. There is a burger place around the corner did you mean to take them there? I am not going to come back and order alcohol if there are kids around. The steak was good, the wine was what we wanted and at a reasonable price and my date was the hottest blondie in the whole place but.... (see above) Lire plus

I prefer to come here in the afternoon when it is a bit more quiet or get take out in the evening as this place start hoppin in the evenings.
