From the first phone call we made to keran(employee) to the last step we made out the front door.Everthing was handel with the utmost respect and professionalism.very caring and attentive staff.Everthing was on time. The Kipling location has served my family twice. There was a different person attending to all our needs and questions. Both provided information as to options and costs. At no time did we feel any pressure to request services beyond what we had in mind on arrival.
The staff was professional, courteous, and understanding.
Although the reason for going there is a sad one, yet the environment is bright and uplifting.

The kindness and compassion that was shown to us was next level. Myself and my partner Jason have never been through a process of losing a parent before. Sadly, we lost our Mother/MIL very suddenly and there were no plans in place. We went into this with zero knowledge about what needed to be done. We also had an extremely tight budget and were not sure how we may be treated. I cannot express enough how respected and cared for we were by everyone. Thank you Kristen/Lina/Tom

Today we had the funeral for my brother Frank he was only 64 years old. I’d like to send off a special thank you to Pamela and her staff for guiding us through this difficult time. We had so many questions and she and the staff were always so nice to us at all times when we called or emailed. The service today was beautiful.

Just wanted to thank these guys for taking a great care of my dad's funeral. Me and my mom have zero experience with dealing with these kind of situations. They took care of absolutely everything. They gave lots of good suggestions and advises, and were very professional. I had a couple of break downs, and they have handled it very well. Professional and compassionate service. I attended a visitation for a close friend who had passed away. I was impressed with the facilities which were modern and clean. The staff were professional and kind. The funeral director who prepared my friend for viewing did an excellent job as he looked so good and that brought back memories to the days when he was well and we had fun. Overall they did a great job and provided compassionate service in a spotless environment.

What a welcome service this is. These days, funerals have become so impersonal and 'business-like' that bringing them back into the Church, where we bade our loved ones 'farewell' as they embark on their final journey, is very comforting.. The cost of funerals are so horrendous, it's almost cruel but, thank God, Affordable Funeral Services Inc. seems to have some compassion for those left behind to bear this expense.
