He is the only Dr. willing to take me in even with his busy schedule as well as . I was so grateful for his kindness and respect for his intelligence. He did it with his purely kind heart.

Overall my family is satisfied with the doctor and the staff. We are fortunate to have a family doctor. The virtual wait times are not an inconvenience for us as we multi task while waiting. The times we had in person visits, the wait time was minimal. If specialist referrals are required, we have been able to get medical attention.

Dr. Smith is a very kind understanding surgeon. He did a total hip replacement on me and let me go home on the same day because I hate hospitals. The surgery went very well and I have no pain and could walk without a cane within 2 weeks. He explained everything clearly and his followup session was very professional.

Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

Have always liked this clinic but find it very annoying when it says the hours to call in on Sat. are 8 to 1 yet nobody answers the phone. And the message says they answer the phone on Fridays from 8 to 3. I work night shift...do i sats up all morning to find out they will never answer on Sat.? This is frustrating.

Truly amazing human being! Kind gentle caring person who will definitely put you at ease as he discusses your treatment plan. Follow up is incredible. He visited me three times during my six days in the hospital to see how I was feeling and even called me on the phone two months later to check on how my recovery was going. Here’s a doctor who cares. You will be glad you put yourself in his skilled hands. Sheri, his assistant is also top of the class. Always has time for you if you call or email.
