I love that I can trust Carter to care for my pets any time I go away. He always makes sure to follow my detailed instructions exactly and even will send photos of my babies to me from his visits. Wasn't sure who to call for cleaning siding and windows but glad I contacted Ken. He responded quickly to my e-mail with reasonable quote. North side of house siding had green film on it and WOW was I surprise how clean and shiny it is now. My windows got done and sparkle! Unexpected, he also washed outer eavestroughs and downspouts, my metal garage doors and front door. He washed all the dirt/leaf marks from cement porch/walkway without ask or charge. Nice guy too. I would 100% recommend Lori to anyone looking for a pet sitter, or for someone with experience and extensive knowledge of animal care! Lori has been a joy to work with, and put me completely at ease with her warm, friendly personality when I approached her to pet sit my cat Rosie. Rosie adored her time with Lori, and felt safe and at ease in her presence. I would also recommend Lori’s consultation services to anyone who would like more information of how to best provide for their pet’s health.

The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. The very best place to take your dog. Neil and Jess are genuine dog lovers. Everything is set up so the dogs can run and play with a great outdoor area. They are supervised as well. So glad i can leave my dog and not worry.

Kim is amazing, very carring and our dog is looked after very good, the place is clean and lots of room for the pets to run around. I would not take my dog anywhere else even though they are closer places to where we live!!

Tim and Wendy are fantastic people. When our dogs are there they are treated like part of Tim and Wendy's family. The dogs always come home tired and happy. I would not trust anyone else with my fur babies after going to the ranch.

She takes extra time from her day to recheck your pet even if that was not what you asked her to do .... she just does it ! She is kind , sensitive and very trustworthy !
