Kelly is awesome with our skittish dog. Always does a great job, our dog is a rescue and can be a handful. Kelly is always patient and although my dog doesn't love being groomed, she does her best to make it a positive experience

She is very professional and always accommodating. She lets me know when my dog may not be feeling quite herself. I don't know what i would do without this piece of mind while at work.

My family took our dog to this grooming place, we were recommended by a friend. Earlier in the year, she got groomed at PetSmart after we took her there she had a huge trauma. She would hide under the bed for days and shake, she could barely walk (they cut her nails too short). Our dog came back very well nurtured, the nails were cut at a perfect length, all the mattings were gone, she was just as happy when we left her there at the beginning of the day. 10/10 would recommend! Great place!

We brought our sick cat to them on a long weekend and they gave him the best care.They explained everything upfront what they would do and the cost. They phoned us with updates and they were amazing when we were calling back for updates.They called us everytime there was a change good or bad. They are very kind from the front desk to every person employed there. They are very reasonably priced. Most importantly they saved our cats life. I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

For 2 years, Ive looked for a dry food that my insanely picky Chihuahua would eat.. without success. Yesterday was my first time trying Pet Valu and the level of service I received was amazing. I was served by the manager who took so much time explaining the properties of different brands ...she was so knowledgeable and helpful that it was no surprise that when I arrived home with her recommendation, my dog ate a few dozen pieces immediately
