I took my ten year old gold Concord watch in to have the battery replaced. Not only did Andy replace the battery but he also polished the watch band to make it look new again. I have had many complements about how good my watch looks. Nobody thinks it is ten years old. Thanks Andy.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service. We will definitely go back and support this local business and I suggest you do the same.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Yesterday, I looked down and one of the diamonds was missing. I was beyond upset. This morning, my husband, took the ring in, Clara took one look at it and told him that should never have happened and that they will replace the stone free of charge.
