I use this florist and have for years because they across the street from an elderly relative - we have 15 years experience with this florist. Never had anything but quality service and pricing. I dont know them personally. This is a legit review. When I lived in QC I would phone and they got it done. Now I phone, say Ill be there in a hour to pick or that I want it delivered next day and it happens. The reason I keep going back is the florist is a good designer.

Incredibly disappointing customer service and product. I spent a lot of money on an arrangement for my mother in laws 70th birthday. What was delivered was not what I ordered. When I complained I was actually accused of being a bully. I've never experienced anything like that. Clearly customer service and satisfaction are not important to this business owner. Would not recommend at all.

I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! After ordering an arrangment for my father for Father's Day, I read the posted review of this store and started wondering if I made the right decision. I need not have worried. I phoned with my parents and they were very hapy with the arrnagement that arrived, thought it was an original gift, and had been munching on it all weekend. They weren't in when it was delivered, but as promised, it was left at a nieghbours so there was no issue with delivery.

With my nephew to order flowers for my sister's funeral . We placed a oder for a standing spray from my other sister n myself. N my nephew order a casket spray. From him n his brother n his father . N I ordered one for my son
