Their meditation practices are easy to learn and results appear really quickly. I was able to overcome tough times in school and during work by listening to their meditation music and practicing what they have taught me. My stress and anxiety from school and work got significantly reduced and I've learned to love myself and spread compassion to others around me. Everyone in Bodhi meditation is super nice and always there to support me, honestly it just feels like home here!

I recently shopped at the Fenelon store and was surprised to see how much it has been cleaned up and decluttered in the past few months. Shopping there is a real treasure hunt with lots of unusual and also needed items reasonably priced. Thank you to the staff and those who donate.

It is a great place to learn the fundamental principal of Buddhism, vegetarian food cooking skills, and steps to help us reach a peaceful mind.
People there are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They make me feel this buddist temple is my home. I decided to go back after the first time I went, feeling that is the place I belong to.
I have improved my physical and mental health a lot by practicing the buddism in a daily life. I strongly encourage you to experience and feel it.

My daughter was in this place for one and half year , for toddler and preschool . She learned many things , friendly staff, safe place, well organized , and staff supervise children closely. I had a very good experience with this centre and would recommend it.

Used Helping Hands for assisted transportation.
The driver was terrific. He was very confident, reassuring, polite.
The vehicle was great as well. The passenger is able to sit up front, viewing where they are travelling. This is a welcome change from traditional vans.
We will use Helping Hands in the future for sure.

As a routine customer of the Habitat for Humanity Restore in Newmarket, I have to say that I enjoy going there each and every time. Not only is the store well organized and clean, but the staff are absolutely amazing to deal with. They always greet me with a smile, know me by name and vice versa. They are truly a pleasure to deal with and amazing at what they do! Ron and Laura in particular, go that extra mile in my opinion. I have to say that as a whole, the staff and volunteers are always so helpful, the hunt for amazing finds is always a blast, as you never know what you are going to leave with om any given day. I have never come to Restore and not purchased something, and I plan to continue supporting such a wonderful cause for many more years to come. I love knowing that I am supporting such a wonderful initiative that not only helps builds homes for those in need, but at the same time, provides household items at a fraction of the cost to many people who otherwise could not afford to furnish/renovate their homes. The price of the high quality items you find are also extremely reasonable, so please do not try and barter to have the price reduced. Firstly, doing so is not going to get you a reduction in the price, but also takes away from the objective at hand; to bring in money to help build homes to set individuals and families up for success! I have personally never felt buyers remorse after shopping at Habitat for Humanity Restore in Newmarket, because it is all for the cause!!! If you haven't visited and supported the Newmarket location, I urge you to do so because you won't be disappointed with the products or service you receive! 11/10 overall!!!!!! Thanks Habitat for Humanity Restore Newmarket Staff and volunteers! Keep on, keeping on! You are all doing wonderful work and I look forward to continuing to be a routine customer!!!!!
