I’ve been a patient of Dr Archie Chung for 30 years. I’ve since brought my husband, my children and my friends and their children. Almost half of the community sees Dr Chung and it’s spreading like wild fire! The staff there is knowledgeable and personable, Dr Chung is patient with adults and children, he always takes his time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Chung and the staff at the Eaton Centre are a pleasure. They were all highly professional, prompt (no waiting!), and personable. Dr. Chung was very thorough with his examination, he took time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him and will continue to do my eye examinations at this location.

Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

I recommend Dr. Karimova-Milazzo. I am a long time client/patient of he’s. She is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Dr. Karimova-Milazzo always provides good service and a thorough exam. Her office has the newest technologies/eye testing equipment which helps to examine vision quickly and accurately.
Dr. Karimova-Milazzo’s expertise and knowledge gives assurance to come back to her office.

Excellent service! Doctor Malkani was super friendly and answered all my questions during my eye exam. What especially stood out to me was that he sent me a detailed, thorough and informational follow-up email the next day with answers to all my questions and recommendations for future care. A friend had recommended that we bring our family to see Dr. Mungar. We werent very happy with our previous optometrist. We are so happy that we came. The appointments we done in a timely manner and they had evening appointments to accommodate our busy after school activities. My youngest child doesnt do well at doctors offices, but Dr.Mungar handled him very well and threw in a few jokes in the process. We will be coming back.

I met Dr. Saari as part of the Eye See Eye Learn program when my daughter started school. He came to her school and talked about eyes and my daughter got to try on some 3D glasses. I made an appointment for her and we found that she need glasses. He made it very easy to understand what was happening and how we could fix her eyes. I was so happy to have someone take the time. I never knew anything was wrong and he told me it was better we caught it early. Now she goes every few months to make sure she's still getting better. I can't say anything more than go see Dr. Saari if you child is starting school and the glasses were free for her. Great doctor and great program.
