Eric and his team do an excellent job in selecting glasses from a really good selection of frames. The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Amy Law spotted a problem with my eyes and thanks to her I was scheduled for surgery to have it corrected. A great team and highly recommended.

Wonderful, attentive and helpful staff. You cant beat their prices and selection. Prices are reasonable I found they were atleast 1/4 less than anything I had tried on at their competitors. Great selection of frames. Rather then having to search for a frame to suite my face, I had a hard time finding one that looked bad.

The BEST place u have ever shopped for eyewear!!! Suzanna is amazing as are the other ladies that work there and the optometrist is fantastic!! The choices are great and service is exceptional.. will be back and will always recommend them to anyone I meet.. Thank you so much for a great experience

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Mr. R. Said has been very patient with me due to irregularities in my prescribed lenses. He has tried everything to accommodate my problem.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

I am petite and have a difficult time finding frames and at Crown Opticians, I always find frames which fit comfortably and love!
Mark and Andrea are very patient and seem to always know what I'm looking for.

This place has really good selection on frames. I felt I was always assisted by a whole team of people to support me. Ultimately you sit with the (very knowledgable & reasonable) manager Amir to settle the deal. I am delighted to be able to benefit from their present special (2 for 1) and got two pairs of glasses for the price of one. The price I paid seemed very competitive and was only slightly more than I paid at Costco but was so worth it considering the personal approach!

My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any. I recently got eyeglasses from Optimart and found all staff to be professional helpful efficient and capable. This branch of Optimart is located on Eglinton at Beachell, just east of Walmart Supercentre. The price of my new glasses was more than reasonable.
