They give you stretches and post-care advice that you can do at home so that you can continue to heal and improve in between visits. While chatting with one of the owners and therapists, I was very impressed to hear about the continuing education they do to stay on the cutting edge of their practices, along with keeping up with the latest (and expensive) equipment. Zen is everything it claims to be. The minute I walked in the door I felt like I was relaxed and calm. The clinic is gorgeous and has high end touches like lemon water for patients, a fireplace in the seating area and hand towels instead of paper napkins in the washroom. In addition to having a great 'ambiance' my treatment was phenomenal. Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! The online booking made it easy for me to schedule an appointment, and the minute I got there the staff were warm and welcoming. I will be returning forsure! Lire plus
