He did an absolutely phenomenal job. I received an old Evans Brothers cabinet grand piano from 1905 that had not been cleaned or tuned in over 35 years. He cared for my piano like it was his own; he took it apart and cleaned it, fixed it (the tuning pegs were loose) and tuned it right up. He gave excellent recommendations for cleaning it and making it shine again. His rates were incredibly reasonable. David was able to tune it beautifully over two sittings, replacing some strings and making adjustments along the way. He was also a pleasure to work with - an absolute professional and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. My husband was very curious about the process and David was happy to talk us through it and explain everything he was doing from both a technical and musical standpoint.
