I had great experience at union optical for 8 years, until this time unfortunately i met Ananda her ATTITUDE WAS VERY BAD.
after giving her my union card to check my balance she took quite some time to return. Upon returning, I kindly ask her are you able to tell me my balance, she Yelled YOU NEED TO WAIT!!! in a very rude tone my wife and myself were very and disgused with her rude behavior, I ask her for my card refusing her service. I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

She was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful in determining our vision needs and also taking in to consideration different styles, features and the best available pricing promotions. Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!
