They were fast, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me. I left feeling educated about my car, and I really appreciated that they checked out so many things and let me know how my car was doing. Of course you are going to pay more here because you are not leaving your car all day. Having said that Gregory, who is the reason I keep going back will let me know what I should look out in the future vs what should be done today and always treated with respect by him every time I attend this location.

AMAZING!!! I needed an oil change for a great price, decided to do some research and found " Mobil 1 Lube Express " and all I'm glad I did! I went for an oil change, and I got an oil change, as soon as I arrived I was greeted by my car and the very friendly manager took my car up, Sat down had some coffee, these people were very friendly, honest and polite! I had an amazing experience for once when getting an oil change! They also fixed my washer fluid tank that had a hole at no charge! I will definitely come back for future services, and would highly recommend anybody to visit this company! Great people, great staff, great environment, great prices, great company.

The guys here are professional, speedy, and very helpful.
They didn’t JUST do my oil change. They also notified me of any complications they noted.
For example, there’s a very annoying rattling that they were able to pin point in seconds where it was coming from and what to tell my mechanic to look at.
I highly recommend having your regular oil changes done with this group of people, at this specific oil changers location.

I've been coming here for about 6 years now and it's by far my favourite oil change place I have ever used. They are friendly and knowledgable. I had a serious issue with my car and the guy diagnosed it perfectly and told me how to best manage it. They never push extras on you like just about every oil change place. I would highly recommend.

Definitely Happy with the service I received today at Mr. Lube Aurora (1540 Wellington Street East, Aurora, Ontario). I was greeted professionally and promptly and handed a coffee and newspaper while I waited. The wait was under 20 minutes and was excellent overall. No up selling, just polite and efficient service. This Mr. Lube is one of the best managed Mr. Lubes I have been to. Thank you Mr. Lube Aurora!!! Definitely recommend this place !!!
