I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

Loved the 2020 Mercedes C300 AMG I rented from here after I was hit in my 2018 C300. The office staff were very knowledgeable with everything and walked me through the whole process with a breeze. Thank you staff for the great after hour service during these hard times with covid 19 & I will definitely Refer all of my friends and family here in the future!

I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was. After my first accident they made it so easy, they offered to bring the rental car to me, they contacted my insurance company, they handled every detail, efficiently and with a smile. Would recommend this Rental Company to anyone.

We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!

Professional helpful and friendly staff. Cars were in immaculate condition. The rates were more than fair and the gas i spent was less than i expected. Will most definitely be renting from them again. Rachel gave me a lift home and the manager offered me a slight discount for a short wait time while they got the oil changed for me before i left. I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.
