I bought 4+ bedroom sets of pillows, duvets, sheet sets and duvet covers from the Bayview location online/ via the Bayview store during COVID. The service was exceptional. The products were delivered right to my door by a staff member. As I ordered online there were a number of items I wished to exchange (color, look/feel not always easy to gauge on a computer screen). I was in town on business for a month. The Airbnb they set me up in had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced. I found these guys near where I was staying. So many options and choices. I don't know what kind of pillow I like, My better half handles all of that. The staff was very helpful. They asked me 3 questions and handed me the best pillows I've ever owned. I shipped them home and we bought more on their website. Very impressed with them. Lire plus
