My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart

Robert & Ryan are excellent to deal with, they recently helped me replace my ancient washer & dryer where the removal and installation was difficult due to narrow space.
Unlike big box stores, they sell you the product, they install it, they service it, and they haul your old equipment away without leaving a spec of dirt in your house.
As far as price is concerned they easily beat the big box options, and don't sell you X brand because it offers a better commission than Y brand.

I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!
