Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. As we customers know, paying the price of an Air Conditioner repair is always daunting and a challenge, especially when you have no idea what the cost is going to be before the HVAC Company arrives to your home, diagnoses the problem and outlines the cost and repair in a formal repair quote. This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. I've had great experiences with Ivan at Flamborough Air Systems.
He installed my Furnace and AC over two years ago. On one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped working. Ivan was able to come within hours of me calling him, and had things working right away, and while he was there performed a couple of required manufacturer upgrades.
Ivan explained that the issue was caused by snow blowing into the air intake of the furnace. After clearing the snow everything worked like new.

The fan on our furnace died so our air conditioning stopped. We phoned A1 Air Conditioning and Heating. They came out the next day and had it fixed in a few hours. Excellent service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Hi, I have used Ultra Comfort in Mississauga 2 different times now and have been extremely happy on both occurrences. The first time was for our home furnace/ac and the second was for a gas fireplace. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable plus their service is GREAT. A very nice family owned and operated business. They actually cared about our house and did a great job!
