I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.

One fertility has always made us feel comfortable and confident in their decisions and expertise. I find them extremely friendly and have really picked me up when I was doubtful. We live 4 hours away and chose this clinic because of some of the great reviews and they were not wrong. I loved all the doctors and nurses but we were assigned to Dr. Taerk and we loved him, very professional and helped with all our concerns and questions along the way. Would highly recommend them.

Awesome clinic- friendly receptionist and well-educated and informative doctors. My entire family, including small children come here and we are always treated with respect, not rushed and leave well informed and at ease.

Quite unfair comments about staff. Be going to Medical One for about a decade. Solid service and busy attendance. Wait maybe long but doctors and staff are attending to each and every patient with professionalism and care. No one is Just a number at Med One. My three daughters, husband, and I have been with Dr. Sokar-Todd for 4 years now and have been very pleased with the level of care she provides. I find her easy to talk to and I like her straightforward way of communication. She's always efficient, thorough, and detail oriented. She can be a bit over the top with precautionary tests etc. BUT I'd rather have a doctor who thinks along preventative lines than a lax doctor who lets things slide. I highly recommend Dr. Sokar-Todd.
