I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

The entire experience at Cowbell is excellent, from the restaurant with very good food, to the bar overlooking the brewery, to the store with a great selection of merch and beer. Hazy Days IPA is one of the best around!

Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains. There have been improvements in tire offerings for the price. These guys keep it real and find issues when shortcomings exist. On our 98 Sierra, they spotted that the aftermarket wheels were missing hubcentric rings. They have gotten to the bottom of tire balance issues that other shops could not technically address. They are straight up and if there is an issue that they bring forward, you had best listen to them. I have a high performance sport sedan also and I would bring it to them also.

I am writing this in December of 2023, and I have been to the Bungalow a fair number of times over the past seven years. It is a great place to go, with great food and very good service. That being said, I call your attention to the fact that all of the other reviews on this website are AT LEAST 10 YEARS OLD and are therefore so out of date that they should be completely ignored.
