Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

Ron and Brenda are the best legal team money can buy and worth every penny. They deserve the title of Dream Team. Ron is a legend and Brenda is a genius who loves her job and is a master in the courtroom. They so not give false hope.
