We have been using Dedicated Windows for about 4 years now and we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of their staff. We live in a high rise with aluminum windows, difficult to remove, but Chad does a beautiful job of removing windows and screens and cleaning them until they shine. I was curious to see what the fuss was about here. I agree with many of the posters here that the food is excellent and the service is attentive. I disagree with the posts that the decor is dated. I thought it was classic and elegant. The room we dined in had a vintage late 20th century look that matched the age of this well built house. Real oak doors, oak trimwork and a real brick and mortar fireplace provide warmth and character. It is annoying to see places that replace classic fixtures with things just because they are newer. The carpet and acoustic tiles may not be chic enough for some diners, but for family and date atmosphere, they attenuate the background noise which is most welcome.
