Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.

Class 5 Road Test with Rick was tensionless, educative and enlightening with the instructor (Rick). He displayed professionalism and student calming techniques. He gave clear instructions throughout the test, was friendly in approach helped me maintain ease. Though I passed, he went over a few points I still need to work on and I appreciate that helpful honesty and constructive feedback he provided.
