Ive lived here for 10 years and this is a great spot in mississauga. Very convenient. Lots of work being done to building. Finally a management company that really cares about the building and enforces the rules. Bad Tenants arent allowed to get away with whatever they want.

Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place.
Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase.
My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.

Hill Property Management Group had managed my and my late husband's rental property for 17 years. We were very happy with their services. Warren was very helpful to deal with tenants, before selling my unit. Their real estate agent Chris had sold it for me few months ago for top dollars. I am very grateful.?
