i would recommend them just because they were so nice and patient with me. im very detail oriented and wanted to know about one condo that i saw on their website. I called them so they could walk me through the process of renting out that condo because it looked sooo nice!

Good service procided in 955 queen st west. Concierge, nice amenities, building cleanliness. The staff always great us with their kimg smiles and friendly attitude. They're very understanding and professional people. without a doubt, I'd definitely recommend Goldview.

Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place.
Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase.
My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.

New tenant to one of the buildings Linwood manages near don mills n Lawrence. I am happy to say my first two months here had been very pleasant. The staff is responsive and professional. The building is kept very clean and all my repairs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend this property management to anyone else!
